Disclaimer: I was in good shape prior to my knees heading south, however my knees were bad enough the month prior to surgery I could only descend stairs backwards

I was followed for a few years prior to Dr. Parsons recommending surgery as I knew my knees were on the way out

I diligently followed post-op physical therapy both at the clinic and at home. I iced my knees frequently the first few weeks post-op. I followed all post-op recommendations.

I had my 2nd total shoulder replacement (left) performed by Dr. Parsons, March 2023. My 1st total replacement (right) was done Nov. 2013. I found Dr. Parsons to be not only an excellent surgeon, but genuinely cares about his patients. With 10 years between surgeries some techniques have changed but I continue to be impressed with his & his staffs professionalism, and care throughout the process. I never felt pressured or concerned at anytime before or after the procedure. With both shoulders physical therapy played a big role in getting total use of my shoulders back. I am now able to do the same physical activities that I enjoy, firewood & skiing. I would highly recommend Dr. Parsons for anyone looking for help with shoulder or other major joint issues.

Dr. Parsons repaired a previously flawed right shoulder last year and continues to administer to my left shoulder which is not suitable for surgery because of my advanced age (95). I have nothing but admiration for his professionalism combined with caring attitude. In my opinion he is the best of the bests.

Dr. Parsons is extremely skilled, honest and caring. He tells you what the best options are for your particular situation. Outcomes from shoulder replacement and elbow repair surgeries have been better than expected. Recommended without reservations!

I had both knees replaced 6 months apart using conformis replacements which are exact replicas of my knees.
Dr. Parsons was recommended to me by a local Olympic skier.
Now in my 4th post op year I am an octogenarian, now living my best life,
pain free, able to enjoy long daily walks with my dogs, yoga and overseas travel.
Dr . Moby Ira Parsons is a consummate professional, who is also charming and caring. His associates are always available to answer questions and to encourage a cranky post op ( me.)

Dr Parsons has done 2 total knee replacements, 15 years ago!, and repaired both my shoulders. He's kept me on my horses and tractor living the life I love. I would never go to anyone else. He's skills are the best of the best and he is so caring as well.

Dr. Parsons is the only Dr. I've been to that gives his patients his personal email. He answers every question no matter how trivial it may seem. He's the only orthopedic surgeon I let near me. Hes honest and will tell you if he thinks you're ready for surgery both physically and mentally . I can't say enough good things about him.

After suffering way too long with arthritic pain and limited mobility in my shoulder, I went to Dr. Parsons, who clearly explained what was happening and what my options were. After a total shoulder replacement and a few months of rehab, I have my arm back! And no pain. Six months ago I went back to him after limping for a year, and within two weeks of my hip replacement I was back at work, and walking easily. Now I can hike, bike, and do everything I could do before, with no pain. I'm thrilled! He is an incredibly skilled, comunicative and compassionate surgeon. I highly recommend Dr. Parsons and his team.

Dr Moby Parsons did my hip replacement March 2020 before Covid shut everything down. He is THE BEST dr for this surgery. He takes the time to explain everything and answer all questions. He is skilled and is very kind. I went to him for a 2nd opinion after Concord Orthopedics in Derry would not take me as a patient, in fact they did me a favor. Dr Parsons saw me, and scheduled me right away. My femoral head was disintegrated and extremely painful. Now I am walking without pain, and today I was running outside in a water fight!! I am so grateful.
